Our goal is to make sure that your closing goes smoothly and efficiently and that there are no surprises late in the process. We also close loans for lenders, and regularly litigate on behalf of our clients in landlord-tenant matters, boundary disputes, easements, adverse possession issues, and all real other estate-related issues. Zoning, Land Use and Subdivision
We represent individuals and businesses seeking local and state land use permits, and subdivision approval. We also represent neighbors who have concerns with adjacent development. Our office has litigated many cases in the Vermont Environmental Court and have handled a variety of land use appeals to the Vermont Supreme Court.
